THE CHALLENGE

With its aesthetic treatment Ultherapy Prime, Merz Aesthetics joins forces with ELLE France as part of the Masterclass "Beautiful at any agefor a speech that's as elegant as it is experiential. Between conference and gourmet break at Publicis drugstoreguests are invited to immerse themselves in Ultherapy DNA.

OUR SOLUTION

The aim is to design a brand experience with strong visual and emotional impactOur teams are involved in both the upstream and downstream phases of the event. Our teams are involved both before and after the event, offering 360° support for the brand.

We start with a thorough survey of the site to propose a perfectly optimized layout. Then we design a customized scenographic conceptWe work in close collaboration with the brand: colors, materials, animations...

A SENSORY & MEDICAL BRAND EXPERIENCE

La Verrerie du Restaurant Publicis becomes a natural extension of the Ultherapy Prime universe. We play with light and shiny materials to create a modern, feminine and sensorial setting.


Highlights include:

- A photocall metallic goldvisible from the entrance, designed to capture attention and generate qualitative social media content.

- A composition of signature mirrors and neon lightsechoing the brand's technological refinement.

- A central space transformed into medical practice revisited around Ultherapy solutions.

Working in a place as central and busy as the Champs-Élysées requires a perfectly mastered logistics. Between tight deadlines, traffic constraints, the shared use of space by the restaurant and the need for a top-of-the-range finish, the stakes were high.


WENES Event ensures overall operational coordinationfrom upstream preparation to on-site follow-up on D-day. We take care of :

  • Consolidating information with all the service providers involved,
  • Scheduling deliveries and receiving them within the authorized timeframes,
  • Recruitment and management of technical teams,
  • Quick assembly & dismantling of the space in a limited time,
