THE CHALLENGE

Imagine the design of a self-contained, reusable and scalable device, capable of adapting to a multitude of events while leaving a memorable impact. Go one step further by offering a tailor-made consulting approach, with animations designed to perfectly match the specificities and ambitions of each event.

OUR SOLUTION

To meet Optic 2000's need for visibility, practicality and autonomy, our teams developed a 15m² short-lived stand concept branded Optic 2000.
The structure of this custom-designed stand allows customization according to the space available and the context of each event. The stand can be set up and dismantled in record time (2 hours), without the need for external resources, guaranteeing fast, efficient set-up.

In addition to designing the short-lived stand and setting up tailor-made events, we also took charge of the complete logistical management to ensure the smooth deployment of the system. In particular, the team took care of storing the stand between events, simplifying organization for Optic 2000.

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL

The animation chosen for the Cirque du Soleil show combines magic and creativity in direct relation to the visual universe of the event. Professional make-up artists offer participants unique, personalized glitter make-up creations. These ephemeral make-ups offer visitors a fun way to leave a symbolic trace of their visit. This animation adds a touch of enchantment to the event and encourages visitor interaction and engagement, creating an emotional connection with the brand.
