THE CHALLENGE

Capturing attention in a dynamic environment like a shopping mall is a challenge. Logitech, a leader in gaming and simulation technologies, entrusted our teams with the organization of a event-based activation device for the Logitech Race Day operation.


OUR SOLUTION

Create an event activation in a shopping mall combining high visibility and immersive experiencewhere Logitech's technological universe meets visitor engagement thanks to a modular and interactive device.

A SHOPPING CENTER EVENT

For 1 week, Logitech set up shop in a 48 m pop-up store.2 for "The Race Day Logitech " to showcase the Logitech G range's flagship products, such as high-quality steering wheels and pedals. These events offer a captivating, interactive experience for all audiences, from novice children to passionate adults, enabling them to experience the excitement of racing in a realistic setting.

 

We've imagined a number of different areas that will enable you to discover Logitech technologies in immersive conditions, and above all create an emotional bond with the brand, by offering an accessible, competitive and fun experience.

AN IMMERSIVE LAUNCH WITH LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

To capture the attention of visitors and prolong their stay, a number of interactive animations have been integrated.

 

Simulator races offer a thrilling experience where participants can test their driving skills. Activations by partners such as Hot Wheels, Samsung and Xbox enrich the experience by offering complementary activities tailored to a varied audience.

 

Finally, fun workshops, especially for children, ensure a complete and memorable family experience.

IMPACTFUL SOLUTIONS BY WENES EVENT

To stand out from the crowd, the stand was designed as a mirror image, ensuring optimum visibility from all access points. Visuals in Logitech's colors, combined with striking signage and clearly identifiable key messages, reinforce the brand's impact. Finally, dynamic blue LEDs, Logitech's visual signature, add a technological and immersive dimension, while capturing attention from afar.

 

What's more, the experience immerses visitors in the world of racing, with two home-like lounges where they can test Logitech simulators in a familiar and engaging setting. Cutting-edge technologies, such as top-of-the-range steering wheels and pedals, offer total immersion, appealing to novices and enthusiasts alike. Accessible to all, from children to adults, this experience has been designed to maximize audience engagement.

 

Last but not least, the organization of the stand has been optimized to ensure a smooth and pleasant flow of traffic. The intuitive flow guides visitors naturally through the different zones of the stand, allowing them to discover the simulators and animations without confusion. This configuration guarantees optimum comfort for visitors, encouraging prolonged engagement.

The event "Logitech Race Day took up the challenge of attracting and engaging the public by offering an experience that fostered a genuine moment of discovery and entertainment. Thanks to a stand designed to maximize visibility and engagement, visitors were able to discover Logitech technologies in realistic, playful conditions.
