THE CHALLENGE

While adding a cultural dimension to this annual event, the idea of introducing people to MUAY THAI at the WWS is a natural one, given that this discipline literally means "boxing of the Thai people"!

For the occasion, WENES Event provided 400 m² of space to support the 3-day event.

The concept, initiated by a communications agency in Thailand, selected WENES Event to design, manufacture, assemble and dismantle the entire surface. Based on 3D visuals, our experts brought the project to life in record time - less than a month!

OUR SOLUTION

For this international event, WENES Event was not simply in charge of bringing 3Ds to life. Our dedicated team positioned itself as THE conductor and intermediary between Thailand and the organizers of the Communauté de Vichy, ensuring smooth coordination and impeccable execution.

As in previous years, the Waterjet World Series 2023 in Vichy was an opportunity to honor a COUNTRY and a SPORT, alongside the world jet ski competition!

This year's featured sport? MUAY THAI! The country? Thailand!

Open to all, visitors were able to discover 3 areas:

The virtual reality zone and its imposing screen
The demonstration area, where Super Bon, the world champion, was present as a worthy representative of his discipline to promote it, give demo lessons and chat with his fans.
The ring hosting the ten or so MUAY THAI fights every evening

In light of our commitment to the environment and the local economy, every detail, from the stage to the signage, has been carefully custom-made in France. This approach brings quality and local pride to the same event, while contributing to the economic development of the region.

Our commitment to a more eco-responsible approach doesn't stop there! Every event has a BEFORE, a DURING and an AFTER phase. In the dismantling phase, once the event is over, we work to reduce our waste as much as possible, aiming for 0 waste!

Over and above the trust our customer has placed in us to support them throughout this event, we are just as keen to promote a responsible approach to avoiding waste and making a positive impact on the environment and the community.
