For this unusual event, with a very short turnaround time of 10 days from brief to installation, we decided to intelligently activate 2 of the Group's areas of expertise to provide the customer with a complete solution. Namely, the need for self-supporting, modular and easy-to-install infrastructures to support the signage on the big day. And reception animation for the entire day of the event.
The Modular Stand provided its expertise in innovative, flexible modular structures, offering exhibition space tailored to the needs of our customer China Expo. For its part, WENES Event brought its expertise to bear in organizing the reception and the convivial moments that punctuated the event.
Despite tight deadlines and last-minute logistical challenges. This event, centered around conferences and networking, benefited from the responsiveness and adaptability of our teams.
For these conferences, two speaker walls (3.10 m x 2.50 m) were specially dressed and customized to showcase the speakers. A 3.5m reinforced wall was also installed to ensure optimum stability and a professional atmosphere in the reception and conference room.
The WENES Event team welcomed guests with a carefully prepared breakfast, before the start of the conference to welcome all guests. After the conference, the cocktail reception was a highlight of the event, allowing guests to relax and exchange ideas.
